EBLFTRADE.COM is reserved to all companies, professionals and associations located in Lebanon or Syria.

Do you have a translation service?

Yes we do, in a section reserved for registered users.  Please go to the "Buy & Sell" section, then click on "Translate your documents".

What are the different means of payment available on the site to pay for the services offered?

Payment on the site can be made either by wire transfer, check or credit card.

Who is in charge of translation, market studies, assistance...?

All our services are provided by our different partners and suppliers, all experts in their own field (translation, market studies...). These services require a high level of skills. For example:  our experts can offer translation in 22 different languages.

What is "My personal file" for? Can I change details on my profile?

The personal file allows users to save their requests and modify their personal information. It is accessible on the top-right section of the site. It is also possible and very easy to modify your profile. Once registered, a  SME may access its personal file and modify its profile with one click.

How can I get country specific statistical data?

After registering, you can find in the "FIND A MARKET" section, or you can directly consult our Country profiles.

Is access to the Site free?

Yes, access to the Site is totally free and provides a lot of information and tips...All you need to do is register and then log in to have free access to all our online services.

Can any company have access to the Site?

Yes, any company can have access. However, the Site, is more likely to suit to Lebanese SME's that are looking for solutions to help them grow abroad.

A lot of information, documents,etc...are free of access, where do these sources come from? Are they regularly updated?

Various sources complement and enrich our information and solutions (World Tourism Organization, the World Bank, UN, Eurostat )
However, it is important to note that they must be reliable as well as current. That's why  updates are made at least 2 times a year or more often, depending on the news.

I have a company but I have no trade registration number, can I still register?

Yes, if you have a company, it's possible to register to our site. To complete your registration, please submit your registration here and we will answer you within 24 hours (business days only).

Why do I need an access code?

You'll be given an access code once you'll be registered on the site. This code will allow you to connect to the site and have free access to all sections and services available for SME's.
